We specialize in handcrafted, made-to-order rolled ice cream, delivering a fresh and interactive twist on a classic favorite. Each individual order is rolled using the freshest ingredients—no preservatives, no stabilizers, and nothing pre-made. It’s ice cream in its rawest form, straight off the cold plate and served with intention.

While we love rolling ice cream live in front of guests, we also understand the needs of larger events. For high-volume gatherings, we offer the ability to prepare pre-made rolled ice creams in advance, allowing for faster service and a smoother experience without sacrificing quality. This flexibility helps us serve large crowds efficiently while still delivering the signature Totally Rolled flavor and experience.

Our truck is fully mobile, and we’re happy to travel anywhere in the state when needed.
